Fire Risk Assessment

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) was introduced to rationalise and simplify fire safety legislation. The RRO states that a fire risk assessment must be carried out in a place of work by the “responsible person” – meaning the employer or any other person who may have control of any other part of the premises.

We provide specialist advice and take on the role of the “responsible person” and carry out a fire risk assessment to ensure the workplace and premises comply with the provisions of the RRO.
